1. Replacement Only Policy (No Refunds)

  • No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. We only provide replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement, a complete, unedited unboxing video (from start to finish without any cuts or retakes) is strictly required. Without this video, your request will be rejected.

  • Electronic Products: Please note that all electronic items sold on our store are strictly non-replaceable and non-returnable.

2. Return & Replacement Window

  • 48-Hour Deadline: You must inspect your package immediately upon reception. Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported to us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility Criteria for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt, proof of purchase, and the mandatory unboxing video.

4. How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact our customer support team at onevstorelive@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order Number, a detailed description of the issue, clear photos of the defect, and the unedited unboxing video.

  3. Return Shipping: Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will be rejected. Once your request is verified, we will provide you with a Case ID and the warehouse address where the item needs to be sent.

  4. Approval Process: Once you share the return courier slip/label with us, we will process and ship your replacement at no additional cost to you.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or replaced:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products or cosmetics).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and Gift Cards (All sales on discounted items are final).

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow the replacement process for your defective item. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a separate order on our website.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
